NAOS CX is Hiring | French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Inbound)


Location: On-Site – [Maadi, Cairo]

Employment Type: Full-Time B2B Customer Support – French Market


Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  2. Conduct limited outbound calls for customer follow-ups
  3. Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to B2B clients
  4. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
  5. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and issue resolution


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  1. Native or fluent French speaker (without accent)
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Previous customer service experience preferred (inbound or outbound)
  4. Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail


Work Schedule & Shift Details

  1. Work Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
  2. Days Off: Saturday & Sunday + French public holidays
  3. Shift Options:


Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)


Note: Shifts may be adjusted slightly based on operational needs

  1. Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)


If candidate resigns during or immediately after training, 5 working days’ salary will be deducted


Compensation Package

Total Gross Salary: EGP 26,000 (before taxes)

  1. Base Salary: EGP 18,000
  2. Performance Bonus: EGP 4,000
  3. Attendance Bonus: EGP 4,000
  4. Benefits: Social and Medical Insurance


Training & Onboarding

  1. Duration: 2 weeks
  2. Fully paid training included
