NAOS CX is Hiring | French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Inbound)
Location: On-Site – [Maadi, Cairo]
Employment Type: Full-Time B2B Customer Support – French Market
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct limited outbound calls for customer follow-ups
- Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to B2B clients
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Native or fluent French speaker (without accent)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred (inbound or outbound)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Work Schedule & Shift Details
- Work Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday + French public holidays
- Shift Options:
Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
Note: Shifts may be adjusted slightly based on operational needs
- Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)
If candidate resigns during or immediately after training, 5 working days’ salary will be deducted
Compensation Package
Total Gross Salary: EGP 26,000 (before taxes)
- Base Salary: EGP 18,000
- Performance Bonus: EGP 4,000
- Attendance Bonus: EGP 4,000
- Benefits: Social and Medical Insurance
Training & Onboarding
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Fully paid training included
